Shri Bheemesh Reddy is an avid meditator and psychology coach. He has realized the profound benefits from regular and consistent meditation practice over twenty three years and had done many experiments in meditation. He has been sharing his knowledge through teaching, speaking and writing on meditation and spiritual science - in Kannada, English & Telugu languages.
He has written three books in Kannada - 'Anveshane', 'Kalam to Kaalam' and 'Santoshave Sampoorna bala'. And his fourth book 'Mooru Mutthugalu' is to be published soon. He has conducted thousands of meditation classes all over Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh since 2000. And in 2008, he started the hugely popular "Life is Beautiful" workshops in Kannada.
He currently serves as a trustee of Pyramid Valley International, Bengaluru and as the Managing Trustee of KBR Foundation. Through this foundation, he has helped many unprivileged children with their education and employment. In 2016, he was honoured with the prestigious 'Bodhi Dharma' award in recognition of his service to the society. This is one among many other felicitations he has received from many government and non government organizations.
Shri Bheemesh Reddy is a highly respected industrialist and an accomplished leader in the construction field in Bangalore.
