NATURE THRIVING CAMP (AGES 13-16)

A resilience-building, life-skills-focused nature immersion for teenagers

Nature Thriving Camp is designed for teenagers to build resilience, independence, and inner

strength through challenging, real-world nature experiences. This programme combines

adventure, survival skills, mindfulness, and reflective learning supporting physical confidence

and psychological growth.

Core Experiences

Adventure & Nature Thriving Skills:

  • Rock climbing and confidence building

  • Tent pitching and outdoor living skills

  • Hard treks and terrain navigation

  • Signaling and basic survival awareness

Practical Life Skills:

  • Farm cooking and sustainable food practices

  • Water purification techniques

  • First-aid training and emergency response

Mind & Inner Strength:

  • Resilience-focused sessions (GRIT, self-exploration)

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness practices

  • Reflective journaling and group dialogues

Nature Awareness:

  • Navigating the directions, stars as pointers

  • Farming experiences (plantation and weeding)

CHILDREN OF NATURE (AGES 8-12)

  • Gentle treks with rock, tree, and bird identification

  • Organic farm and biogas plant experiences

  • Mandala art, origami, and hand-skills activities

  • Swimming and adventure play

  • Life-skills sessions (self-awareness, Identifying and managing emotions)

  • Awareness about cooking food (Sattvik)

  • Reflections on Kabir Dohas
