Nithya Annadhana
Lakhs of meals are served free to visiting meditators, staff, volunteers and residents to enable them to focus on their meditation practice or help them serve other meditators. Serving free food is a 'dharma' many people exercise on their special days like birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations.
Inner Education Programs
Free programs like 'Dhyana Sadhana Saptaham' and 'Dhyana Seva Sadhana' provide meditators and seekers great opportunities for intense multi-day meditation and service. Participants are provided free accommodation and food for 7-days to 30-days. Several past participants have reported life-changing experiences from these programs.

HOW TO MEDITATE?
Meditation is very very easy…
The practice of Meditation is very simple and straight forward:
1. Sit comfortably on the floor or on a chair. Cross your feet, Clasp your fingers, Close your eyes.
2. Bring your attention onto your Breath.
3. Observe your normal, natural breath as you inhale and exhale.
Meditate for a minute corresponding to every one year of your age. So, if you are 20 years of age, start with twenty minutes of Meditation every day.

He currently serves as the Managing Trustee of Pyramid Valley International, Bengaluru. He drives the APS21 (online) Anapanasati Foundation course and the Stillness Retreat @Pyramid Valley - which have benefited hundreds of people.

Sampath Kumar is an International Meditation and mindfulness teacher from Melbourne Australia... He is originally from Hyderabad, India. He did his MBA in Human Resource Mgmt and Marketing.
He believes that "Inner change in humans" is the only way to make the world a better place and he believes that Meditation alone has that potential. He travels extensively and takes meditation sessions to the spiritual seekers across the world.

Registration and check in procedure -

Please bring an ID card (Soft copy or hard copy of the kid’s Aadhar card).

Fill up and sign the registration form at the front counter and collect the goodie welcome kit.

Any special instruction or information in regards to the kid (food or other allergies, specific medication etc) should be filled in the form and conveyed to the staff at the registration counter.

The staff will contact the parents whenever the child needs to talk to them. No electronic equipment, including mobile phones, computers, TVs and video games are allowed at the carnival. No food items, including candy, are allowed at carnival. Please do not send packages to your child that contain any of these items. No glass items and sharp materials will be allowed to be carried by the child in the carnival.

All your child's personal belongings are their own responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to Kids Summer Carnival, Pyramid Valley International, Bangalore negligence. Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the carnival.

In the event that parent cannot be reached in an emergency when child is under Kids Summer Carnival, Pyramid Valley International, Bangalore supervision, by accepting this Terms and Conditions, the parent gives permission to the physician selected by the carnival management to hospitalize and secure proper treatment for the child as needed.

All prescription medicine provided by a licensed Doctor must be turned into the carnival staff upon arrival with instructions in English. This will be dispensed by carnival staff only.

By accepting this Terms and Conditions, parent confirms that his/her child has permission to participate in all carnival programs and activities mentioned in the itinerary of the Kids Summer Carnival, Pyramid Valley International, Bangalore.

Children must maintain their conduct at all times. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in Kids Summer Carnival, Pyramid Valley International, Bangalore is strictly prohibited. The Carnival rules and instructions of Kids Summer Carnival, Pyramid Valley International, Bangalore and staff must be followed at all times.
